Tontogany, Ohio – In a commanding performance at home, the Otsego Knights varsity football team overpowered Fostoria 34-7 on Friday, September 20.
The Knights set the tone early, leading 6-0 by the end of the first quarter and extending their dominance to a 27-0 lead by halftime. They continued their relentless push, adding another touchdown in the third quarter to make it 34-0.
Fostoria managed to score in the final quarter, but their lone touchdown wasn’t enough to pose a threat.
This decisive win followed Otsego’s victory over Fostoria the previous year, where the Knights triumphed 35-22. This win improves Otsego’s momentum heading deeper into the season.
Otsego will play at Genoa next week.
