A recent update to Amazon Alexa might be making us unreachable!

To fix this just say, “Alexa, end early access.” This will take Alexa back from Alexa+ to the Alexa you know. Most devices were updated to Alexa+ over the last week (ours overnight), which is ai based. Once you’ve ended the early access you should be able to reach us as usual!
