Grand Rapids, OH — Significant progress is being made on the River’s Crossing housing development, a highly anticipated project on the southwest side of Grand Rapids. As of now, multiple homes have been constructed along Third Street, with the properties listed on Realtor.com at prices slightly above $400,000.
The homes, part of Plat One of the development, are being built by builder, K. Hovnanian Homes. This phase includes a total of 17 homes, representing the first wave of what is expected to be a significant project for the area.
The River’s Crossing development, initially approved by the village council in 2021, marks a significant expansion of residential options within the community. With its modern design and proximity to the town’s amenities, the development is poised to attract both local residents and new homebuyers seeking a small-town lifestyle.
As construction progresses, residents can expect continued growth in the area, with additional homes being added as more plats are approved.
