The Wood County Dog Shelter will be reducing pet adoption fees from April 29 through May 4 to celebrate National Adopt A Shelter Pet Day on April 30.
Fees, which are normally $75, will be reduced to just $25 for the week.
Those looking for a new fury friend can visit the Wood County Dog Shelter at 1912 E. Gypsy Lane Road in Bowling Green (near 6 and Dunbridge). The shelter is open Monday, Tuesday, and Friday 8:30 until 4:30. Thursday 8:30 until noon, then 3:30 until 4:30. Saturday 9:00 until noon.
