Brick Venue and Pub in McClure Closes

After 4 months of being open, the Brick Venue and Pub in McClure has closed its doors.

In a message to customers, owners Bam and Charissa point to declining foot traffic and sales during the winter months.

“While the decision to close wasn’t made lightly, we believe it’s a necessary step for our own personal family and those we employed, as the foot traffic & sales have dramatically dwindled during the winter season,” the owners wrote in a Facebook post.

According to the post on Facebook, the couple appears to be exploring the possibility of opening on a seasonal basis.

From Facebook:

“With a heavy heart, we share the news that The Brick Venue & Pub will be closed, effective immediately.

This 4 month journey has been filled with fun, triumphs, challenges, and SO MANY memories!

To our patrons – your loyalty and enthusiastic embrace of our establishment have made these past months truly special. Your smiles, conversations, & shared moments have been the heartbeat of our little establishment in McClure!

We extend gratitude to our staff – the cooks, kitchen staff, servers, bartenders, delivery driver, and everyone behind the scenes. Your hard work & passions have been the driving force behind the unique experience we aimed to offer.

While the decision to close wasn’t made lightly, we believe it’s a necessary step for our own personal family and those we employed, as the foot traffic & sales have dramatically dwindled during the winter season.

We are already discussing this being a “see you later” scenario. With your continued support, we will explore our options & possibilities to reopen next season.

With heartfelt appreciation,

Bam & Charissa 🖤
