Months after Dave LaRoe shut down his popular Grand Rapids restaurant, it has made somewhat of a comeback with a different business model.
Those living in and visiting Grand Rapids noticed LaRoe’s has been open with a limited menu during special events in Grand Rapids such as the Christmas Open House and Light Up The Night. TV viewers may have seen commercials for LaRoe’s Spiced Wine. Walking through town, visitors will see that the tables remain set and the business doesn’t look closed at all. There’s a reason for this.
According to LaRoesInGrandRapids.com, the once popular restaurant is now available to rent as a venue. The site lists events such as rehearsal dinners, corporate meetings, engagement parties, and bridal showers. Rentals are priced anywhere between $250 and $295.
Fans of LaRoe’s Poppy Seed Dressing, Hot Spiced Wine, and Mini Pumpkin Muffins can order them online through LaRoe’s website.
