Police Investigate Stabbing Outside Bowling Green Bar

UPDATE: Marcus Ruiz, 20, of Toledo, surrendered to Bowling Green police on March 19 following a warrant for his arrest. He is accused of stabbing a man outside a downtown bar early March 16.
